The Woodlands in Ocean Pines, MD offers deluxe one and two bedroom condominiums as well as luxury units for active seniors who are retired or semi-retired.

“The Woodlands” is a 3 story building with 52 units ranging in size from 700 square feet to 1444 square feet.  Each residence will feature deluxe kitchens, sunrooms, living areas, washer /dryer, wall to wall carpet as well as handicapped accessible bathrooms.  Every condominium includes individual temperature control, high-speed Internet connection and Cable TV.

“The Woodlands” of Ocean Pines MD offers:  daily dining served by a professional staff, with the option of choosing either a 14 or 28 dinner plan. A continental breakfast will be served Monday thru Friday and a Sunday brunch is also available.  In addition to 24 hour security, each resident will enjoy almost 13,000 sq. ft. of community living space featuring private dining and lounge areas, a home theater to enjoy a movie,  game room with a pool table, library/card room, a fitness center, cozy seating to unwind by the fireplace and a courtyard to spend time relaxing or gardening. These inviting spaces are ideal for entertaining your family and friends and to socialize with your new neighbors.  Small pets are welcome.  Optional services available will include housekeeping, a beauty/barber/nail salon, transportation and concierge services. A Recreation/Social Director will be available to coordinate planned activities and social events.
