Miscellaneous Fishing Photo Collection AT THE BEACH Maryland and Delaware |

Here is a miscellaneous collection of photos - some surf fishing, some boating, some on the bay, and hopefully to build to
a nice collection of miscellaneous fishing photos. The photo in the upper frame set was taken about five miles out to sea on
a day in October, about 1990, off the coast of Ocean City, Maryland. The seas were softly rolling swells of about 5 to 6 feet in height. A large photo of

This Mako shark was caught August 23, 1998, during an overnight trip on the "Good Vibrations", (Ocean City, MD) and weighed in at 503.5 lbs.

What better way to GET AWAY from the day to day - and spend a
DAY AT THE BEACH - Held in October each year, hundreds of
fisherpeople come from hundreds of miles around to participate.
This view is
up the beach, taken from the Fenwick Island, Delaware
State Park, as the sun rises and the TOURNAMENT BEGINS.
Hundreds of contestants enter and fish for the enjoyment and
prizes offered. The beach is a little bit more congested as you
head north on this day. The weather was great for "getting outdoors"
and all had a REFRESHING week end.
